Dr. Samuel O. Obudho is a distinguished education, curriculum development and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) specialist with extensive experience in strategic leadership, policy development, institutional management and governance.

He holds a PhD in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, a Master of Philosophy in Technology Education and a Bachelor of Education in Technology Education from Moi University. Dr. Obudho has held senior leadership positions at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, where he has contributed significantly to curriculum reforms, competency-based education and the advancement of technical and applied sciences.

He also has experience in board and council governance, research, training, mediation and arbitration. As a member of the KISEB Board, he brings valuable expertise in education and training standards, quality assurance, curriculum development, institutional governance and the alignment of professional examinations with industry and national development needs.
