Ms. Phyllis Karimi is an accomplished Supply Chain Management professional with over twenty (20) years of progressive experience in the public and financial sectors. She currently serves as the Deputy Director and Head of Supply Chain Management at the Commission for University Education (CUE).

In support of the development and professionalization of the Supply Chain Management profession, Ms. Karimi served as a member of the Multi-Agency Committee on the Standardization of Professional Certification and Qualifications for Supply Chain Management Personnel, where she contributed to national-level efforts to align professional training and qualification frameworks with public procurement requirements, industry needs and global competencies.

Representing the higher education regulatory sector at KISEB, Ms. Karimi brings specialized expertise in statutory and regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the development and implementation of academic standards that align with both local and global competencies and enhance the employability of graduate professionals.
